Privacy Notice

• Organization details you provide (facility name, type, county, bed count, claims volume, current HMIS, insurers).
• Contact details of the person submitting the request (name, job title, department, email, phone, preferred contact method).
• Demonstration preferences (requested modules, preferred date/time, attendees, notes).
• Technical metadata (browser user-agent, submission timestamp) used for security and abuse prevention.

• To evaluate your request and schedule a personalized MedSure AI demonstration.
• To communicate with you regarding your evaluation, follow-ups, and product materials you have asked for.
• To provision demonstration or trial access, when granted, and to support you during the evaluation.
• To improve MedSure AI's functionality, reliability, and security.

The demo request form is not intended to receive patient-identifiable information. Please do not paste, attach, or upload patient records at this stage. If personally identifiable health information is shared later during the evaluation, we handle it under a separate data-processing arrangement agreed with your organization.

We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent (indicated by the consent checkboxes on the form) and our legitimate interest in evaluating enterprise demonstration requests.

We do not sell your information and do not disclose it to third parties except: (a) to service providers who help us operate the platform under confidentiality obligations, (b) where required by applicable law, or (c) with your explicit consent.

Demonstration request data is retained for as long as necessary to evaluate and follow up on the request, and thereafter for a limited period to meet legitimate business and legal requirements. You may request deletion at any time (see contact below).

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We apply administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, transport-layer encryption, and audit logging. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
